March Madness is Here!
It's time for March Madness – the annual NCAA college basketball tournament where 64 teams play bracket-style for the championship. I will be hosting a fun-filled contest and would love for you and your family to join in on some friendly competition!
How does it work?
It is FREE to participate!
Your team will be randomly selected, and the further your team goes, the bigger the prize!
How do you claim a team?
Claiming a team is super easy! Text me at 937-672-3942 letting me know you want a team in March Madness Mania!
Quantity is limited to 64 participants on a first-come first-serve basis.
How do I win Prizes?
Once your team is randomly selected, it is all about how far your team goes in the tournament. It is easy to track your team right here, and I will let you know if you have won a prize.

March Madness Mania is open to clients, past, present and future, of Debbie Weckstein Frank, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Heritage, and/or Steve Maloney, VP Branch Manager, with First Community Mortgage. Participants must be 18 years or older to claim a team. Quantity is limited to 64 participants on a first-come first-served basis. Participants will win prizes on the following basis: Participants who make it to the Sweet Sixteen will win a prize; Participants who make it to the Elite Eight will win the Sweet Sixteen prize and an additional prize; Participants who make it to the Final Four will win both the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight prize plus an additional prize; Participants who make it to the National Championship Game will win the Sweet Sixteen prize, Elite Eight prize, Final Four prize, plus an additional prize; The participant who is the National Champion will win the Sweet Sixteen prize, Elite Eight prize, Final Four prize, National Championship Game prize, plus an additional prize. Winners will be notified during the championship via email and/or text. Prizes will be awarded accordingly. Contest ends after the National Championship Game in 2024.
